What every service includes
Whichever move you book, these four things do not change.
A survey before a price
We look at both addresses, the floors, the stairs and where a van can legally stand, then quote against what we have seen rather than a guess over the phone.
A fixed written quote
One figure, in writing, covering the crew, the vehicle, materials and the time. It holds unless you change the brief.
One crew, start to finish
The people who load your things unload them. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor at a depot halfway through.
Insurance and protection
Goods in transit and public liability cover in place, stairwells and floors protected, furniture wrapped before it moves.
